June 23rd-28th, 2024 in Orlando, Florida at The DoubleTree at Universal! Open to girls between the ages of 0+ years (age as of Jan. 1, 2024). All contestants MUST submit a contestant registration form/fee. Register now through the UM Website!
What are the Age Divisions?
Age cutoff, age as of January 1, 2024.
Universal Baby (0-2 yrs), Universal Mini (3-6 yrs), Universal Young Miss (7-9 yrs), Universal Preteen (10-12 yrs), Universal Teen (13-16 yrs), Universal Junior Miss (17-20 yrs), Universal Miss (21-29 yrs), Universal Elite Miss (30+)
What are the required competitions?
Ages 0-6 years: Formal Wear (dress), Open Fashion (fun fashion/outfit of choice), & Interview.
Percentage of each competition to contestant's score- Formal Wear 35%, Open Fashion 35%, Interview 30%.
Ages 7+ years: Formal Wear (dress), Open Fashion (fun fashion/outfit of choice), Interview, Personal Introduction.
Percentage of each competition to contestant's score- Formal Wear 30%, Open Fashion 30%, Interview 30%, Personal Introduction 10%.
What parties/banquets will be on the schedule?
Yes, the required competitions do take a huge chunk of the week, but there's always time for some great parties and events for ALL!
Black-Tie Open Ceremonies Banquet - This is an opening event like no other. A full on black-tie formal affair. Dinner will be plated and served followed by an opening show with the announcement of the official judges, special performances, and a full night of dancing and fun to be had by all ages! Clothing Requirement: Formal attire
Pool-ooza - Enjoy this fun night outside by the pool with all your UM Family and Friends. Enjoy food, drinks and
dancing all night long! Clothing can be any fun, tropical, island attire. We will be partying near the pool,
so bathing suits can be worn too! Weather permitting, this party will be hosted outside by the pool.
Sweet Dream PJ Party - New for Season 4!! Taking place of the Baby/Mini Meet and Greet we are now throwing a party exclusively for the Baby & Mini contestants!! It’s going to be a PJ party like no other!! Fun for the littles
will include games, sing-a-longs, goodies and MORE! This is an event for the contestant and her ONE
chaperone. Wear your favorite PJ’s and get ready to have a party you will dream about!!
UM Day - New for Season 4!! We will have competition in the morning but will be completed by the afternoon.
This season we are taking the contestants to an off-site event with transportation included! The surprise
off-site outing will be announced by April! Tickets for the contestants will be included in their pageant
fees and guests can purchase tickets to join us after the site has been announced. Wear your UM
National T-shirt (sold separately), and any bottoms of your choice.

How much does it cost to enter?
Entry Fee- $300 nonrefundable
Mandatory Fees- $1450
(Sister/Mother discount- one will receive $300 off her mandatory fees)
Mandatory Fees include- Chaperone Badge, Contestant Badge, Party Pack for Chaperone & Contestant,
Contestant ticket & transportation for off-site UM Day Event, UM T-Shirt (this t-shirt is worn for Personal Introductions for Young Miss through Elite Miss), ONE Program Book, Bling Boss Earrings for Contestant Introduction Filming-Mini through Elite Miss Only
